Job Description :
Property Management: Manage all aspects of Cooperative Housing Society (C.H.S)
Member Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for members, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues promptly and professionally
Maintenance and Repairs: Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, including scheduling routine maintenance, overseeing repairs, and ensuring properties are well-maintained and in compliance with safety regulations
Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality services and competitive pricing for property maintenance and repairs
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to properties and occupants, including implementing safety measures and maintaining insurance coverage
Reporting & Scheduling :



Prepare regular reports on meeting minutes , schedule meetings and draft letters related to property management

Experience & Skill requirements:

Minimum Qualifications
Secretarial and organizational skills
Comfortable with computers
Ready to work in property, real estate, building management
Interpersonal, relationship-building and networking skills
Procurement and negotiation skills
