Role Description The Sales and Marketing Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to expand the client base and strengthen ZNrecruiters’ brand presence. Day-to-day activities include identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities, managing client relationships, coordinating marketing campaigns, and tracking performance metrics. The manager will collaborate with internal teams to align sales and marketing efforts, prepare proposals and presentations, and provide regular reports on pipeline and revenue targets.



The role also involves market research, competitor analysis, and ensuring consistent messaging across all communication channels.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally within recruitment, staffing, or qualified services.
Strong skills in client relationship management, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital and offline channels.
Solid analytical skills to interpret market trends, campaign performance, and sales data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confident presentation abilities.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
Comfort working on-site in Mumbai and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in common office productivity tools and familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms is beneficial.
Demonstrated ability to work ethically, inclusively, and respectfully with diverse colleagues and clients.
