Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Python Data Tester with solid expertise in data validation, data quality testing, and test automation. The candidate should have hands-on experience using Python and SQL to validate data pipelines, identify data discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop automated data testing scripts using Python.
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks across source and target systems.
Write complex SQL queries to validate datasets and identify discrepancies.
Test ETL/ELT pipelines, data transformations, and data migration processes.
Identify, troubleshoot, and report data defects, working closely with development teams.
Develop and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test execution reports.




Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and QA teams to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

Required Skills
Solid hands-on experience in Python and SQL.
Experience in data testing, ETL testing, and data validation.
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data integration processes.
Experience in test automation and defect management.
Solid analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with PyTest or other Python testing frameworks.
Exposure to cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Knowledge of big data technologies such as Spark or Databricks.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Agile methodologies.
