Department: Food & Beverage (F&B;)

Experience: 1–2 Years (Prior experience in a Café is preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for a well-groomed, courteous, and customer-oriented F&B; Server with prior experience in a café workplace. The candidate should have positive communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to deliver excellent guest service while ensuring a smooth dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating.
Present menus, explain food and beverage offerings, and take orders accurately.
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards.
Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organised, and properly set up.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team for timely order execution.
Handle guest queries, requests,



and complaints professionally.
Maintain hygiene, grooming, and cleanliness standards.
Assist with billing and payment procedures whenever required.
Ensure guest satisfaction and provide a pleasant dining experience.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience as an F&B; Server, preferably in a café.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a team and handle busy service hours.
Customer-focused approach with attention to detail.
