Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Hubli-Dharwad. The Architect will develop architectural concepts, prepare detailed drawings, and produce design documentation for residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and consultants, ensuring designs comply with relevant codes and standards, and supporting project delivery from schematic design through construction. The role involves collaborating with project teams, reviewing design integrations with structural, MEP, and other systems, and assisting with site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality. The Architect will also contribute to project planning, timelines, and resource coordination as needed.

Qualifications




Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, spatial planning, and detailing.
Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural tools and workflows (e.g., CAD/BIM integration, design software customization).
Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including coordination with stakeholders, basic scheduling, and monitoring project deliverables.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and basic visualization tools.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution; qualified licensure or progress toward licensure is an advantage.
Ability to interpret building codes, regulations, and technical documentation, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team in an in office setting.
Prior experience in architectural practice or internships, particularly in building design and documentation, is preferred.
