Key Responsibilities

Outbound Prospecting & Pipeline Generation
Identify and build target lists of potential partners resellers, agencies, CRM Companies, IT consultants, telecom/VoIP providers, SaaS consultants, and other businesses with relevant customer bases.
Run multi-channel outbound campaigns (cold calling, email sequences, LinkedIn/social outreach) to generate interest in the CallHippo partner/reseller program.
Clearly articulate the value of the CallHippo reseller model — how partners can grow revenue and deepen their customer relationships by offering CallHippo's product.

Meeting Booking & Qualification
Consistently generate and book a target number of qualified partnership meetings per week/month for the Partnerships Manager.
Conduct first-level qualification of prospective partners (business type, customer base, market fit, reseller intent) before booking meetings.
Maintain a healthy,



predictable pipeline of meetings to ensure the Partnerships Manager's calendar stays full with relevant prospects.

CRM & Process Discipline
Log all outreach activity, prospect details, and meeting outcomes accurately in the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce or similar).
Track and report on key SDR metrics: outreach volume, response rates, meetings booked, meeting-to-qualified-partner conversion.
Continuously refine outreach messaging and targeting based on what's converting best.

Collaboration
Work closely with the Partnerships Manager to understand ideal partner profiles (IPP) and sharpen targeting criteria over time.
Share market feedback and prospect objections with the Partnerships/Marketing team to improve messaging and collateral.
Stay current on CallHippo's product, pricing, and partner program structure to speak credibly with prospects.
