Required Qualification
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience supporting Windows and Linux operating systems.
Robust understanding of desktop, server, hardware, and networking fundamentals.
Hands-on experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance, calibration practices, and asset lifecycle management.
Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, or other ITSM/documentation platforms.
Knowledge of ESD controls, laboratory safety standards, and audit requirements.
Experience with RCA, CAPA, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Basic scripting knowledge using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Shell scripting.
Experience supporting engineering applications, automation systems, and test platforms.
