Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled IT Administrator to manage our day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support to employees.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops and printers.
Troubleshoot hardware, software and operating system issues.
Manage LAN, Wi-Fi and internet connectivity.
Provide technical support to employees for IT-related issues.
Handle email configuration and user account management.
Maintain IT assets, software licenses and inventory records.
Monitor antivirus updates, system security and data backups.
Coordinate with external vendors for IT maintenance and support.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Hardware and software troubleshooting.
Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP).




Knowledge of MS Office and email configuration.
Basic understanding of system administration and IT infrastructure.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification

B.Sc. Computer Science (Mandatory).

Experience

1–2 years of relevant experience in IT Administration, Desktop Support or IT Technical Support.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
