Job Responsibilities
Coordinate with buyers and international clients regarding orders and requirements.
Handle export merchandising activities from order confirmation to final shipment.
Follow up on sampling, fabric, trims, and accessories.
Coordinate with internal departments, including production, quality, sampling and stores.
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely order execution.
Prepare and maintain order status reports and merchandising documentation.
Follow up on shipment schedules and export-related documentation.
Ensure products meet buyer specifications and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline; preference for Textile, Fashion or Apparel-related qualifications.
Minimum 1 year of experience in export merchandising.
Knowledge of garment manufacturing and export processes.
Basic understanding of sampling, production follow-ups and shipment coordination.
Valuable communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with experience in the garment, apparel, kidswear or textile manufacturing industry will be preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
