About the Role

Kesar Bazaar is seeking an experienced, responsible and results-driven Store Manager to oversee the overall operations of our supermarket. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent organisational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

You will be responsible for managing daily store operations, leading the team, maintaining operational standards and ensuring a smooth and successful shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the supermarket.
Lead, motivate and manage the store team to achieve operational goals.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, ordering and replenishment.
Ensure effective product merchandising, pricing and store presentation.
Manage sales performance, budgets and operational expenses.
Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues professionally.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and product quality.




Ensure efficient stock rotation and minimise product wastage.

Desired Skills & Requirements
Previous experience in supermarket, grocery or retail management.
Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of inventory control, stock management and retail operations.
Understanding of sales performance and business operations
