Role Description The Sales Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Trivandrum. The role involves greeting customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products to support a positive shopping experience. Day-to-day tasks include handling sales transactions, maintaining product displays, keeping the store clean and organized, and restocking shelves as needed. The Sales Associate will also answer customer inquiries, support promotional activities, and coordinate with team members and supervisors to meet sales and service goals. This position requires consistent punctuality, a skilled attitude, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
