Job Description

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales and business development for our Mechatronics and Industrial Automation product portfolio.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing customers, expanding the dealer and distributor network, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
Identify and develop current customers, OEMs, machine manufacturers, and system integrators.
Promote and sell Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, Pneumatics, and related products.
Manage and expand the dealer and distributor network in the assigned territory.
Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.
Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.




Coordinate with the technical and application engineering teams to provide customer solutions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and territory development plans.

Desired Candidate Profile
BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
5–10 years of experience in industrial product sales or technical sales.
Experience selling Mechatronics, Pneumatics, Industrial Automation, Robotics, Actuators, Sensors, or Motion Control products.
Experience in handling OEMs, industrial customers, machine builders, and distributors.
Solid communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
