This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with a background in cash collection and customer service. As a Field Cash Collection Executive, you will be responsible for collecting payments from customers in the field, ensuring timely and accurate transactions. You will work closely with clients to address any queries or concerns regarding their payments, fostering positive relationships and maintaining customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct field visits to collect cash payments from customers. - Maintain accurate records of collections and transactions. - Address customer inquiries and provide assistance regarding payment processes. - Collaborate with the bank's internal teams to resolve any issues related to collections.



- Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures during collection activities. Required Skills: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Previous experience in field collection or customer service is preferred. - Basic understanding of cash handling and financial transactions. This position offers a market-market-competitive salary of up to 3.5 LPA, depending on current CTC and experience, along with additional allowances such as petrol allowance. Working hours are from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
