Responsible for the overall supervision, safety, discipline, welfare, and daily management of students residing in the school hostel.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise hostel students and maintain discipline.
Monitor students' daily routines, attendance, and study hours.
Ensure hostel cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and security.
Take care of students' daily needs and well-being.
Coordinate with parents, teachers, and school management.
Monitor students' health and report emergencies.
Maintain hostel registers and other records.
Supervise meals, recreational activities, and study periods.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of hostel facilities.
Handle student concerns and disciplinary matters.
Educational Qualifications
Minimum Graduation from a recognized university.
Basic computer knowledge preferred.
First-aid knowledge will be an advantage.
Required Skills
Valuable communication and management skills.
Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Patience, discipline, and responsibility.
Ability to supervise and guide students.
Experience
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
