Position: AGM Tender, Estimation & Bidding

Urgently required AGM – Tender, Estimation & Bidding with 15+ years of core experience in building construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end tendering, estimation, and bidding activities for building projects.
Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQ, and scope of work.
Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and project budgets.
Prepare competitive bids, techno-commercial proposals, and tender submissions.
Analyze material, labour, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
Evaluate quotations, negotiate rates, and prepare comparative statements.
Manage pre-bid queries, bid clarifications, and commercial negotiations.
Identify cost-saving opportunities, project risks, and pricing strategies.




Ensure timely and accurate bid submission as per tender requirements.
Lead the tendering team and manage the complete bidding process from enquiry to final submission.

Candidate Requirements:
15+ years of relevant experience in Tender, Estimation & Bidding.
Mandatory core experience in building construction projects only.
Solid knowledge of BOQ, quantity surveying, rate analysis, costing, and budgeting.
Experience in preparing and evaluating techno-commercial bids.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, and commercial skills.
Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
