Job Description:
Teach Bengali language and literature according to the school curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and study materials.
Teach Bengali reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
Develop students' language, comprehension, and writing skills.
Conduct tests, evaluate answer sheets, and monitor student progress.
Prepare students for school examinations and CBSE board examinations.
Encourage students to develop an interest in Bengali language and literature.

Qualification:
B.A. / M.A. in Bengali or an equivalent relevant qualification.
B.Ed. required or preferred as per applicable school norms.
Positive command of Bengali reading, writing, and grammar.
Robust communication and classroom management skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
