Experience:
-1+ years in US healthcare AR/Medical Billing.
Handle insurance follow-ups, denial management, and outstanding claims.
Contact US insurance companies to ensure timely claim resolution and reimbursement.
Knowledge of US healthcare, provider-side billing, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is required.
Meet productivity, quality, and TAT targets.
AR Team Leader
Experience:
-Minimum 4 years in AR, including team handling experience.
Lead and manage the AR team and monitor daily performance.
Handle escalations, claim denials, insurance follow-ups, and outstanding accounts.
Drive team productivity, quality, and TAT targets.
Provide training, manage reports, and ensure process compliance.
