Job Description

We are looking for a energetic, enthusiastic and well-organised HR Executive Assistant to support the Human Resources functions at our Consumer Products Division located at Othakalmandapam.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills,



strong computer proficiency and an interest in handling day-to-day HR and administrative activities in a manufacturing and sales environment.

Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA in Human Resource Management (HR) preferred.

Experience
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with up to 5 years of relevant HR experience will also be considered.

Key Skills & Requirements
Excellent computer proficiency, particularly in MS Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in English and Tamil is essential.
Knowledge of Hindi or any other additional language will be an added advantage.
Good interpersonal, organisational and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn and handle various HR-related responsibilities.
