Role Description The Hotel Comi 3 role is a full-time, in office position based in Lucknow. This role involves supporting daily front-of-house and guest service operations, including assisting with reservations, check-in and check-out processes, and handling guest inquiries in a professional manner. The Hotel Comi 3 will coordinate with reception and food & beverage teams to ensure smooth communication and timely service delivery. Responsibilities include maintaining a tidy and organized reception or service area, managing basic administrative tasks, and responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
The role requires close collaboration with colleagues to uphold hotel standards and contribute to a positive guest experience throughout their stay.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with guests and colleagues.
Experience or familiarity with Reservations processes and basic booking systems.
Customer Service skills focused on responsiveness, problem-solving, and guest satisfaction.
Ability to perform Receptionist Duties such as greeting guests, managing check-ins/check-outs, and handling inquiries.
Understanding of Food & Beverage service standards and coordination with service staff.
Basic computer literacy and comfort with hotel software or willingness to learn.
Ability to work adaptable schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
Prior experience in hospitality, hotel front office, or guest services is an advantage.
Qualified appearance, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
