Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize Finacle Core Banking solutions based on client requirements.
Handle Finacle scripting, customization porting, and parameter configurations.
Develop interfaces/API integrations with third-party banking applications.
Work on Finacle version upgrade and migration projects.
Perform deployment, testing, debugging, and production support activities.
Coordinate with bank stakeholders, implementation teams, and OEM partners.
Prepare technical documents, deployment guides, and solution design documents.
Support UAT, Go-Live, and post-production stabilization activities.
Analyze CRs (Change Requests) and provide effort estimations.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of Finacle Core Banking.
Experience in Finacle customization and scripting.
Knowledge of Java/J2EE, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Unix/Linux shell scripting.
Experience in web services, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware integrations.
Understanding of banking domains such as CASA, Loans, Payments, Trade Finance, or Government Business.
Familiarity with Finacle deployment architecture and troubleshooting.
Positive analytical and communication skills.
