We are looking for a energetic and capable Assistant Operations Manager to support and coordinate day-to-day operational activities. The candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with different departments and teams.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Operations Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily operational activities.
Ensure smooth coordination between Production, Maintenance, Quality, Stores, and other relevant departments.
Monitor operational performance and support initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost control.
Follow up on daily production plans, maintenance activities, manpower requirements, and operational issues.
Prepare and maintain operational reports, presentations, and other official communications.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies/vendors whenever required.
Identify operational challenges and support the implementation of effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure their timely completion.




Lead and motivate team members and maintain effective discipline and coordination within the team.

Skills & Competencies
Robust written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent command of English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Strong personality with the confidence and ability to lead teams effectively.
Good interpersonal, coordination, and people-management skills.
Ability to take initiative, make decisions, and work under pressure.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in preparing reports, emails, and professional documentation.
Ability to communicate effectively with senior management, employees, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be a proactive, confident, and result-oriented skilled with a strong leadership mindset. The candidate must be capable of handling multiple responsibilities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and taking ownership of operational activities.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
