Role & responsibilities
Drive business development through trade and corporate hospitals.
• Develop current territories and strengthen existing business across the West Region.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers, including microbiologists, OT/ICCU staff, purchase heads, HODs, and hospital committee members.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the sales team.
• Drive brand promotion and market penetration through trade channels,
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in the trade segment of the Pharma, Healthcare, or Disinfectant industry, preferably.
