Role & responsibilities
Monitor the trampoline park and game zone play areas to ensure the safety of children and guests.
Stay alert and keep a close watch on activities happening inside the play area.
Politely guide children and guests to follow safety rules.
Assist guests whenever they need help or guidance.
Interact with children and parents in a friendly, patient, and gentle manner.
Identify unsafe activities or potential hazards and take immediate action.
Maintain discipline in the play area without being rude to guests.
Report any accidents, injuries, or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
