Position: Operations Manager – Industrial Coatings & Corrosion Control
Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to handle industrial coating and corrosion protection projects across India.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in industrial epoxy, PU paints and anti-corrosion coatings, along with the ability to independently manage site teams and complete projects on time.
Key Responsibilities
Manage industrial coating, rust removal and corrosion protection projects.
Supervise surface preparation, grinding, epoxy and PU coating applications.
Ensure correct coating thickness (DFT), quality and application standards.
Manage site teams, contractors, manpower and materials.




Handle multiple project sites across India.
Conduct site inspections and identify suitable coating solutions.
Coordinate with clients, plant maintenance and engineering teams.
Plan project schedules, manpower and material requirements.
Maintain site reports, daily progress updates and quality records.
Ensure proper project completion and handover to clients.
Required Experience & Skills

· Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial epoxy, PU and anti-corrosion coatings.

· Valuable knowledge of coating applications, surface preparation and DFT.

· Experience managing industrial projects and site teams independently.

· Positive communication skills and willingness to travel across India.

Working Hours: 10 AM to 07 PM

Days: Monday to Saturday
