Designation: Dy. Financial Controller ( Cost & Works)

Location: West Africa

Responsibilities
To prepare and update data for site wise/ job wise costs and analysis
Preparation of budget vs. expenses report - project wise
Reconciliation of Certifications and proper documentation for posting in accounts
Reconciliation of Cost data ( Budget data ) with financial data
Preparation of monthly report project wise for management ( Expenses, milestones achieved, Work Certified/ uncertified etc with the help of relevant project departments)
Calculation Work in Progress at the end of year from financial records
Participating in physical verification of stores
Participation in Cost control committee
Any other job assigned by Superiors

Experience





The person should have experience of working with a construction company for minimum 5 years with an overall experience of 10 to 12 years
