Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Compliance: Implement project Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) plans, inspection and test plans (ITP), method statements, and standard inspection checklists.
Material Testing & Site Inspections: Conduct routine material testing, laboratory sample verifications, and physical inspections of structural/finishing execution to ensure full compliance with code standards and technical specifications.
Non-Conformance & Documentation: Maintain detailed quality logs, inspection reports, material test certificates, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), ensuring corrective and preventive actions are taken promptly.
Vendor & Contractor Coordination:
Coordinate with contractors and site engineering teams to resolve quality bottlenecks, enforce quality control protocols, and conduct pre-pour/pre-execution joint checks.
Education Requirements
Bachelors degree in civil engineering.
Experience Requirements & Technical Skills
Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of quality testing standards (IS Codes / ASTM), site inspection procedures, laboratory testing protocols, and quality management systems.
Soft Skills: Robust analytical mindset, excellent documentation habits, explicit communication, and the ability to work closely with multi-disciplinary site teams.
