Work Schedule: Remote
Shift Timing: 1:00 PM 10:00 PM
Candidates with a notice period of 1 month or less are preferred
Participate across the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
Design and implement scalable, highquality solutions using .NET Core and modern frontend frameworks
Solve complex technical problems by following best development practices and coding standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Independently learn, evaluate, and apply new tools and technologies as required
Review technical specifications, estimate development efforts, and contribute to defining timelines and delivery milestones
Prioritize development tasks based on business impact and project requirements
Maintain clear and detailed documentation of code, progress, issues,



and resolutions to support team collaboration
Work closely with QA and business teams during testing and implementation phases

Required Skills
8+ years of experience in application design and development
Robust handson experience with .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC
Experience with up-to-date frontend frameworks such as React
Proficient in JavaScript, html, css
Strong experience with SQL, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and functions
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and clientserver architecture
Ability to work directly with customers on requirement gathering, clarifications, and testing
Solid communication skills with a focus on clear technical documentation
Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
