TRUGlobal Software is looking for a passionate and motivated IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a basic understanding of IT technologies, and the ability to understand technical hiring requirements. Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Screen resumes based on technical and functional requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on current technology trends and hiring practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc Computer Science/IT, or equivalent). MBA (HR/Marketing) candidates with a technical undergraduate degree are also encouraged to apply.
Freshers or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT Recruitment are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of IT technologies and technical job requirements.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong willingness to learn and build a career in IT Talent Acquisition.
