Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai. The individual in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with existing clients, and promote the company’s shipping and logistics services. Daily tasks include meeting potential customers, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and following up on leads to close sales. The Sales Executive will coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery, maintain accurate sales records,



and provide regular reports on sales activities and market trends. The role also involves monitoring competitor offerings and contributing ideas to improve sales strategies and customer experience.

Qualifications
Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and internal teams.
Basic understanding of shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding processes, or willingness to learn quickly.
Competence in using productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM software) to manage leads and sales data.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a rapid-paced setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in sales may be considered in place of formal education.
Prior experience in logistics, shipping, or related industries is an advantage but not mandatory.
Comfort with on-site client visits in Mumbai and surrounding areas, with a professional and customer-focused attitude.
