Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee / Associates to join our firm. In this role, you will work closely with senior associates and partners, assisting across a wide spectrum of legal matters. This is an excellent chance for career development and hands-on exposure to diverse legal issues.

Key Responsibilities
Draft legal documents, agreements, and pleadings.
Assist in legal research, case preparation, and analysis.
Liaise with clients, external counsels,



and other stakeholders.
Support senior team members in litigation, corporate, and advisory matters.
Manage tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in law and enrollment with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
Strong command of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient drafting and legal research abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work both independently and within a team.
Familiarity with MS Office, legal databases, and online research tools is an advantage.
Prior experience in corporate law, litigation, banking, or intellectual property law is preferred.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, professional growth, and adapting to evolving legal requirements.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
