IDFC FIRST Bank is hiring Relationship Managers JLG for Gujarat locations. The candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, JLG group formation, loan sourcing, field sales, loan disbursement, portfolio management and timely repayment collection.
Key Responsibilities
Source current JLG loan customers through field activities.
Identify potential customers and form Joint Liability Groups.
Manage loan applications, KYC and documentation.
Achieve monthly sourcing and disbursement targets.
Monitor portfolio quality and ensure timely repayments.
Maintain robust customer relationships. Locations: Himatnagar, Lunawada, Modasa & Bayad. CTC: Up to 8.80 LPA Age Limit: Maximum 32 Years
Experience:
