Key Responsibilities
Carry out daily preventive maintenance (PM) as per the yearly PM calendar and weekly schedules and fill in CNC machine check sheets.
Attend to machine breakdowns promptly, diagnose mechanical faults, and restore machines with minimum downtime.
Record breakdown details, downtime and abnormalities, and support closure of PM abnormalities.
Assist in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and prepare CAPA for breakdowns exceeding two hours.
Basic knowledge of mechanical systems: bearings, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics, couplings, lubrication, ball screws, LM guideways.
Understanding of preventive and breakdown maintenance
