Role Description The Senior Electrician is a full time, in office role based in Deoria, responsible for leading and performing complex electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs. The role includes interpreting electrical drawings and schematics, planning work sequences, allocating tasks to junior electricians, and ensuring that all work complies with safety codes and standards. Day-to-day responsibilities involve diagnosing electrical issues, troubleshooting equipment and systems, performing routine inspections, and documenting work performed. The Senior Electrician will coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and clients, provide technical guidance to team members, and help maintain tools, materials,



and inventory. The role also involves identifying improvement opportunities, advising on preventive maintenance, and supporting project planning and execution.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in electricity principles and practical electrical work, including installation and wiring.
Experience in maintenance & repair and troubleshooting of electrical systems, equipment, and components.
Knowledge of electrical engineering concepts applied to field work, including load calculations and system design basics.
Proven ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Relevant technical certification, diploma, or apprenticeship in electrical trade; higher qualifications are an advantage.
Demonstrated commitment to safety practices and compliance with local electrical codes and regulations.
Ability to supervise and mentor junior electricians, manage time effectively, and coordinate tasks on-site.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients.
Prior experience as a senior or lead electrician, preferably in residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
