Key Responsibilities
Monitor network devices, links, and systems through NMS tools
Perform first-level troubleshooting for network alerts, connectivity issues, and link failures.
Raise, track, and close incident tickets in coordination with L2/L3 teams and ISPs.
Escalate unresolved issues to L2 engineers as per escalation matrix.
ISP vendor coordination for network connectivity deployment in current projects.
Coordinate with field teams and vendors for link or hardware-related issues.
Document incidents, resolutions, and prepare daily network health reports.
Ensure SLA adherence for incident response and resolution.
Participate in shift operations (24x7 rotational).

Required Skills
Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, and Routing Protocols (OSPF/BGP).
Familiarity with network devices (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Modems).
Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., EMCO,SolarWinds, Zabbix, ManageEngine, etc.).
Positive analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work in 24x7 shift setting.
Candidate having ISP background , Broadband installation, link installation, ISP coordination experience will be preferred
