Responsibilities
Lead and govern large banking technology programs and delivery portfolios.
Drive strategic transformation initiatives across digital, cloud, and AI domains.
Manage client relationships, executive governance forums, and delivery excellence.
Ensure program profitability, operational efficiency, and successful business outcomes.
Collaborate with architects, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders to deliver complex transformation programs.
Mandatory Experience
18+ years of experience in Technology Delivery, Program Management, or Portfolio Leadership.
Solid Banking & Financial Services domain experience.
Experience managing large programs and portfolios with 200+ team members.
Solid technology background with the ability to engage deeply with engineering and architecture teams.
Experience leading digital transformation, cloud transformation, modernization, or AI-driven initiatives.
Proven experience managing senior client stakeholders and executive governance forums.
Solid understanding of Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery models.
Demonstrated ownership of revenue, margins, portfolio financials, and delivery governance.
