Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the assembly team for automation machines and SPM projects.
Plan, monitor, and ensure timely completion of machine assembly activities.
Prepare, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Provide technical training and guidance to assembly team members.
Implement Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and production targets are achieved.
Troubleshoot mechanical and assembly-related issues in coordination with engineering teams.
Monitor KPIs, productivity, defect rates, and overall assembly performance.

Required Skills:
Solid leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Positive knowledge of mechanical assembly and automation machines.
Experience in SOP implementation, Kaizen, and process improvement.




Ability to work under high-pressure environments and meet tight deadlines.
Solid coordination and communication skills.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in SPM / Automation Machine Manufacturing industries.
