Job Description – Executive / Junior Executive

CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Conversion
Identify and generate current insurance leads through field activities, referrals, and networking.
Convert prospective customers into active policyholders.
Leverage dealer, connector, and local business networks for customer acquisition.
Client Acquisition & Meetings
Conduct field visits and customer meetings.
Understand customers' financial protection needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
Engage with both individual (B2C) and business (B2B) customers.
Conduct marketing campaigns in residential apartments and shopping complexes.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local business owners.
Develop long-term business relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Sales Target Achievement
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales records and reports.




Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in field sales.
Preference for candidates from:
Insurance
Banking and Financial Services
Loans
Other financial services

Education
Graduate preferred, preferably in Business, Finance, Commerce, or related fields.

Skills
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in English and Hindi.
Kannada preferred.
Positive customer relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
Robust problem-solving and adaptability skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Comfortable with extensive local travel and field sales activities.
Good understanding of the local market and business ecosystem.
Ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships.
