Core Responsibilities

1.Develop and implement training programs for FOH & BOH teams across multipleoutlets.

2.Conduct training for new employees.

3.Design and deliver training on SOPs, food safety, hygiene, customer service, productknowledge, and restaurant operations.

4.Identify training gaps through outlet visits, performance evaluations, audits, andemployee feedback.

5.Conduct regular refresher and skill-based training for existing employees.

6.Work closely with Restaurant Managers and Operations teams to improve employeeperformance

.7.Create and maintain training manuals, SOPs, presentations, checklists, and trainingmaterials.

8.Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, observations, and performancetracking.

9.Track and maintain training records, attendance, assessments, and employeedevelopment plans.

10.Support the development of career progression and skill development programs forrestaurant employees.

11.Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT)



programs for Restaurant Managers and senior teammembers.

12.Ensure training standards are consistently implemented across all outlets.

13.Analyse training-related KPIs and prepare regular reports for management.

Key Qualifications & Skills

1: 8–9 years of experience in Training & Development, preferably within therestaurant/QSR/hospitality industry.

2: Strong understanding of restaurant operations and SOPs.

3: Excellent communication and presentation skills.

4: Ability to engage and train employees at different levels.

5 : Comfortable travelling across multiple restaurant outlets.

6: Positive knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and training documentation.

7 : A proactive, hands-on approach with solid execution skills.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
