Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement employee training programs.
Identify training needs and skill gaps.
Manage employee induction and onboarding.
Conduct training sessions and evaluate effectiveness.
Manage the training and development department.
Monitor employee performance and development.
Prepare training reports and coordinate with management.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Training & Development.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Solid leadership and team management abilities.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
Salary: ₹50,000–₹80,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience). Interested candidates can share their updated resumes.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
