Job Title: Sr. Executive Conversations

Location: Pune Experience

: The Sr Executive - Conversations, will be responsible to make outbound calls & communicate details of products/services, virtual sessions, conferences & roadshows

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for making outbound calls for virtual sessions/conferences/roadshows.
Collection and profiling of data
Reaching out to customers and explaining them the perks of products/attending sessions/events
Prospecting/generating leads and scheduling meetings.
Adhering to quality standards
Achieving targets set for activities assigned.
Describe products and services verbally and clearly to customers.
Data capturing & maintenance of customer/potential customer databases as per set guidelines.




Generate & publish reports of the outbound calls for assigned activities.

Skills Required:
1 to 3 years of experience in outbound calling, inside sales/lead generation.
Energetic, enthusiastic, persistent and patient skilled with excellent customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills (Both Written & Verbal)
Self-starter with a high energy level & Self Motivated.
Agile presenter with the ability to sell products/services.
Excellent proficiency in MS – Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) - Mandatory

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
