Key Responsibilities
Review RFQs, tender documents, technical specifications, drawings, and BOQs to understand project requirements.
Prepare accurate cost estimates covering material, labor, overheads, subcontracting, logistics, and project costs.
Develop and submit techno-commercial quotations and tender proposals within defined timelines.
Coordinate with Design, Production, Procurement, Projects, and Finance teams to obtain costing and technical inputs.
Analyze technical and commercial risks, assumptions, and exclusions during bid preparation.
Identify cost optimization prospects and recommend value engineering solutions to improve competitiveness and profitability.
Maintain estimation databases, bid trackers, costing records, and proposal documentation for future reference and analysis.
Support customer discussions, bid clarifications, and post-order cost reviews to improve estimation accuracy and project profitability.
