Role Description This is a full time, on-site Air Ticketing Executive role based in Kolkata. The Air Ticketing Executive will handle day-to-day ticket booking and issuance, manage flight reservations and changes, and provide clear information on schedules, fares, and airline rules. The role includes assisting customers at the counter or office, responding to inquiries, resolving booking issues, and ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately in the booking systems. The executive will coordinate with airlines and internal teams, maintain updated knowledge of routes, promotions,



and travel requirements, and support sales targets through effective cross-selling and upselling of services.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Ticket Sales and Sales skills for handling bookings and achieving revenue goals.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for explaining fare rules, schedules, and options to customers.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills for managing inquiries, complaints, and support with professionalism.
Candidates should possess Reservations skills, including familiarity with airline booking systems or GDS platforms.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Basic computer literacy and comfort working with booking and CRM software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing workplace and handle multiple tasks.
Prior experience in travel, tourism, or airline ticketing is an advantage; relevant diploma or certification in travel and tourism is preferred.
