Ocean Export Operations
Manage end-to-end FCL/LCL ocean export operations, from booking and documentation to customs clearance, vessel departure and shipment closure.
Monitor vessel schedules, SI/VGM cut-offs, gate-in deadlines and shipment milestones to ensure timely execution.
Oversee booking confirmations, container movement and cargo handover within defined timelines.
Ensure accurate shipment updates in the operating system and adherence to customer SOPs and service levels.
Resolve operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to prevent delays.

Documentation & Customs Coordination
Ensure accuracy of shipping instructions, Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, packing lists and other export documents.
Manage customs clearance, shipping bill processing and Let Export Order (LEO) in coordination with CHA/customs teams.
Ensure timely submission of VGM, shipping instructions and other mandatory documentation.
Oversee HBL/MBL issuance, verification,



amendments and release within prescribed timelines.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations, port requirements, shipping line procedures and internal controls.
Maintain accurate shipment records for audit and compliance purposes.

Shipping Line & Vendor Management
Manage shipping line/NVOCC engagement for bookings, space availability, container allocation and equipment positioning.
Monitor carrier and vendor performance against agreed service levels.
Track detention, demurrage, rollovers and other shipment-related costs resolve discrepancies and minimize avoidable expenses.
Handle operational escalations and ensure timely resolution of shipment exceptions.
Drive service efficiency and customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and stakeholder management.
