Job Title: Telecalling Team Leader

Role Overview

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Telecalling Team Leader to manage, guide, and motivate a team of telecallers. Your main goal is to help your team hit their daily and monthly calling targets while maintaining valuable quality customer conversations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Team: Guide, mentor, and support telecallers to perform their best every day.

Monitor Performance: Check daily calling numbers, follow-ups, and sales conversions.

Train & Coach: Help new team members learn the process and train existing staff on better communication and closing skills.

Handle Escalations: Solve difficult customer complaints or issues that telecallers cannot handle alone.

Reports: Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports on team performance and share them with management.

Motivate: Keep the team energetic, positive, and focused through fun activities, incentives,



and regular feedback.

Requirements / Skills Needed

Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience as a Telecaller or Team Leader in a BPO/sales workplace.

Communication: Good speaking and listening skills in tamil.

Leadership: Ability to handle people, solve problems, and keep the team motivated.

Basic Tech Skills: Comfortable using computers, Excel, and CRM software to track data.

Positive Attitude: Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
