US HR Operations Executive – Fresher

ClickSoft Solutions LLC is hiring enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our US HR Operations Team . Candidates will support US employee onboarding, documentation, compliance, and immigration coordination.

Key Responsibilities :
Assist with US employee and consultant onboarding and offboarding.
Collect and verify employee onboarding documents.
Support Form I-9, E-Verify, and background verification processes.
Maintain employee records and HR compliance trackers.
Track Work Authorization (WA), EAD, and visa expiration dates.
Coordinate H-1B, OPT, STEM OPT,



and H-4 EAD documentation.
Assist with employment agreements, offer letters, and onboarding paperwork.
Follow up with employees and vendors for pending documentation.
Support payroll coordination and HR reporting.

Required Qualifications :
Any bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, MBA preferred).
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
Positive written and verbal English communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Willingness to work US night shifts.
