Key Requirements:
10+ years of U.S. Individual Tax experience
Solid expertise in Form 1040, Schedule K-1 reporting, multi-state filings, and high-net-worth individual taxation
Experience reviewing complex individual tax returns and leading teams
Excellent communication, client management, and project management skills
CA, CPA, EA, or equivalent preferred
