Compensation: 20,000 30,000 per month
Payout Schedule: Salary credited on the 10th of every month Shift Timing: 7:00 PM 4:00 AM IST (Fixed US Shift) Work Week: 5 Days Working (Fixed Saturday Sunday Off)

Job Responsibilities For Recruitment
Handle the full life cycle of US IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and submitting candidates to clients or tier-one vendors.
Source passive and active candidates using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal candidate databases.
Screen applicants against job descriptions, evaluate technical capabilities, verify visa statuses (US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, C2C, W2, 1099), and negotiate pay rates.
Coordinate client interview rounds, conduct follow-ups, and assist through the onboarding process.

For Business Development (BD)




Identify and build relationships with prime vendors, system integrators, and direct US clients to secure IT requirements.
Market internal and bench consultants across relevant US tech stacks.
Maintain regular client communication, manage pipeline data, and negotiate terms of business.

Candidate Profile EligibilityExperience
1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment / Staffing / BD, or freshers with solid motivation to work in international staffing.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills suitable for interacting with US-based clients and candidates.
Shift Readiness: 100% comfortable working in night shifts (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST).
Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate degree.
