US IT Sales Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic US IT Sales Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for various US-based job requirements. The candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of US IT staffing, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Source IT candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other recruitment platforms.
Understand US IT job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
Contact candidates through calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages.
Explain job opportunities, responsibilities, and client requirements to candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and selection status.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with IT consultants and candidates.




Work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements.
Negotiate pay rates and discuss contract opportunities when required.
Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of US IT Staffing and Recruitment.
Knowledge of IT technologies and job roles is an advantage.
Valuable candidate sourcing and screening skills.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and other job portals.
Robust negotiation and follow-up skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work in the US shift.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Good English communication skills are required.
