Role: Investment Banking Operations Analyst (Aladdin)

Location: Hyderabad Experience: 610 years

About the Role: Franklin Templeton is looking for professionals with strong experience in Investment Banking Operations and hands-on expertise in the Aladdin platform. This is a contractual prospect with potential for extension and full-time conversion based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
Support investment operations and trade lifecycle processes
Work extensively on the Aladdin platform for portfolio, trade, and risk management activities
Ensure accurate processing, reconciliation, and reporting of transactions
Collaborate with global stakeholders across front office, middle office, and operations teams




Maintain data integrity, resolve breaks, and support day-to-day operational activities Mandatory Requirements:
6–10 years of experience in Investment Banking / Asset Management Operations
Hands-on working experience in BlackRock Aladdin platform (non-negotiable)
Solid understanding of trade lifecycle, securities, and financial instruments
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
