About the Role

We are looking for experienced US IT Recruiters who can manage end-to-end recruitment for US clients and deliver qualified candidates against technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to candidate placement.
Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, internal databases, and other platforms.
Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Conduct initial screening, assess technical skills, and evaluate candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and manage the submission process.
Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular recruitment updates.
Work closely with Account Managers and Recruitment Managers to meet hiring targets.




Ensure timely and quality submissions while maintaining candidate engagement.

Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in US IT recruitment.

Strong understanding of US IT technologies, job roles, and hiring processes.
Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, and other IT domains.
Hands-on experience with US job portals and sourcing tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
Ability to work in US time zones and meet recruitment targets.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
